VIGOR offers a variety of stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, nickel, and super austenitic welded and seamless tubing. Nickel alloys have high corrosion resistance and temperature strength. Stainless steels exhibit excellent forming and welding characteristics. Duplex stainless steels (named for their austenite and ferrite compositions) have a greater yield strength than austenitic stainless steel. Super-austenitic alloys were designed to resist crevice corrosion, pitting, chloride-induced corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.
Quality Control:
1) Production Standard ;ASTM A269;ASTM A249 ,ASTM 554,APIRP5 C7.
2) GRADE;SS304, SS316L; SS304L,SS316 ect.
3) Hydraulic test for each coil and consistent with ASTM standards and requested specifications.
4) The specification per coil can be customized at customers requirements.
